« Great programme for kids, didn't like the payment option in the bar and mini market, should have cash option as well. Next to my lot with private shower was a much smaller lot but in total 6-8 adults and a small child and therefore it was loud, I think planning should be better in this aspect, check for quantity of people before placing them next to each other »

« We have stayed in 2 other yelloh villages in france and felt the standard was higher in the others for the same price. It seems as though extra cabins have been added making parking very difficult »

« We enjoyed our stay at Colina do Sol. It's our second stay with Yelloh! and we preferred the site we visited in France last year (bigger, more spread out, nicer pool and facilities) but this site had most of what we needed for an enjoyable stay. »

« Very good. Nice site, parking a little difficult at times but always able to park so not too much of a problem. The bar area was nice, food great and reasonably priced. Loved the slides. »

« We loved it. The slides were great fun, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained, the staff friendly and the restaurant was decent. Our only difficulty was pitching the tents, as the gravel pitches weren't very accommodating to tent pegs. »

« A lovely clean well looked after campsite. Staff delightful and enthusiastic with activities. Pool options together with water slides kept children entertained even when it wasn’t hugely hot. »

« We had no water for hours (and the subsequent days they were using the firefighters water supply to feed the water demands of the campsite), uncomfortable bed and pillows even in the supposedly "premium" bungalow. Paying extra for bedsheets and towels is ridiculous. Bungalow was not very clean. Had property stolen in the camp (slippers and a football). Too much gravel and not enough feeling of being in nature. Definitely not worth the price. »

« Num geral foi muito boa nossa estadia, o lugar está bem bonito e organizado, sempre limpo. O que poderiam melhorar é deixar todas as parcelas com gramado sintético pois o po branco suja imenso e é desagradável. Na nossa primeira noite amanhecendo com nosso saco de lixo rasgado e com xixi de cão na porta da tenda, deveria haver regras para quem leva os cães e mais vigiado. No banheiro dos homens na parte de cima, havia um rapaz e três raparigas dentro a fazer não sei o quê. E infelizmente não se pode usar grelhador a carvão, podiam avisar antes, ter um e-mail a dizer o que pode e não pode dentro do camping. »

« The overall experience was good, with friendly staff, good pitches and an excellent location. One annoying thing was that there is no dedicated Chemical Toilet Waste disposal point on the site. I asked at the office and was told it has to be poured down the "Hole" where the camper vans drain out. This was not only difficult and messy, but often involved long waits as camper vans would be parked over the drainage for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. »
